Michał Bojko is the Site Lead and R&D Director at Dynatrace's Poland office, the company's second-largest R&D center, employing over 400 IT specialists. With over two decades in IT, he has held leadership and software engineering roles across various industries, including aviation, fuel, chemical, HVAC, and engineering. His international experience spans the UK, France, Germany, Romania, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Canada. 

Before joining Dynatrace, Bojko managed software development strategies for various business sectors, overseeing P&L areas, growth, scalability, integration, and digital transformation. He has held both technical and managerial positions in multiple industries. 

In addition to his role at Dynatrace, Bojko is a lecturer at ,for example, WSB Merito University, sharing his extensive experience in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and business and engineering team development strategies.
